1. Do all products come with a warranty?

No, not all products include a warranty. Some products (like branded CCTV cameras, HDDs, SSDs, networking devices) come with an official brand/manufacturer warranty, while others (like a wireless mouse or certain accessories) may not. Warranty details are always mentioned on each product page.

2. Who is responsible for warranty claims?

All warranties are provided by the original manufacturer/brand. Orbit Smart Solutions does not provide its own warranty. However, we can assist in forwarding the product to the brand’s authorized service center. Please note that customers will bear shipping charges in such cases.

3. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, you must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

4. Why is an unboxing video required?

We require unboxing video proof to avoid misunderstandings. We also record our packing process under CCTV surveillance, so the video helps in cross-verifying your claim and ensures fairness for both sides.

5. Who pays for delivery charges in case of returns or warranty claims?

If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover the delivery charges. If the issue is from the customer’s side (change of mind, warranty claim, etc.), the customer pays for shipping both ways.

6. How do I request a return or refund?

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and unboxing video. Once approved, you can send the product back to us. Refunds will be processed after we receive and verify the returned product.

7. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place the order.

8. Can I exchange a product instead of a refund?

In some cases, exchanges are possible if the same product/model is available. If not, a refund will be issued.
