Delivery Areas

Two speeds, and we would rather be plain about which one applies to you than let you find out at six o'clock.

Lahore — same day

Order to a Lahore address before the afternoon cut-off, for something in stock, and it goes out the same day. Cash on delivery and bank transfer both work, but a transfer needs the receipt through before the cut-off, because we dispatch on the receipt rather than on the order.

This is the service installers use when a job is booked for the morning and a camera is missing. If you are on site and it is tight, call rather than guessing.

The rest of Pakistan — courier

All four provinces, Islamabad Capital Territory, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Typically a few working days, counted from when we confirm the order rather than when you place it. Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are usually at the faster end; remote districts take longer, and the whole network slows at Eid and in bad weather.

Same-day is a Lahore service and we do not claim it anywhere else.

Cash on delivery coverage

Cash on delivery is available almost everywhere, but a small number of areas are excluded by the courier network. Choose your city at checkout and it tells you immediately — bank transfer still works for those addresses.

Collecting instead

You are welcome to collect from the shop: G3 Ibrahim Center, Usman Market, Hall Road, Lahore. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Ring first if you want something specific put aside.

Charges

One flat delivery charge, with free delivery above a threshold. Both figures are shown in your cart before you confirm, and the cart tells you how much more you would need to add to qualify. The shipping policy has the full detail.

We deliver; we do not install

Delivery brings the box, and that is where our part ends — we do not offer an installation service. What we do offer is help deciding what to buy, and a list of what to insist on from whoever fits it: choosing a CCTV system.
