A large part of what we do is supplying the people who fit cameras rather than the people who own them. If you install for a living, resell, or you are equipping several sites of your own, the price on this website is not the price you should be paying.

• Installers buying the same three or four models every week.
• Resellers and shops stocking cameras alongside other electronics.
• Businesses fitting out multiple branches, where one order covers several buildings.
• Contractors on a tender who need a firm equipment cost before quoting.

How the pricing works

We do not publish a single wholesale price list, and the reason is honesty rather than secrecy: the number depends on the model and the quantity, and a headline figure with conditions attached is worse than no figure. Tell us what you fit and roughly how often, and we will quote on those models.

What we will not do is invent a discount on this page that turns out not to apply to what you actually buy.

What comes with it

• Help specifying a job. Send a floor plan or a description and we will tell you how many cameras it needs — including when that is fewer than you expected. A supplier who over-specifies loses you the tender.
• Stock consistency. Tell us the models you standardise on and we will keep them in. The most expensive thing in an installer's year is a model going away after you have learned its mounting plate and written it into your quotes.
• Same-day in Lahore. The part that matters when a job is booked for tomorrow and you are one camera short. See delivery areas.
• No competition for the fitting. We supply; we do not install. Sending us a customer's requirements does not put us in front of your client.
• Straight answers on warranty. Ours is set out below and it is not the flattering version.

Warranty, plainly

dotpk.pk does not provide its own warranty. Every claim goes to the manufacturer's authorised service centre in Pakistan, and the product page names the brand. We will help with the process; the delivery cost of getting a unit to and from the centre is yours unless the fault was ours. Read the warranty policy before you commit, because this is the clause that matters most to a reseller and it is the one most suppliers are vague about.

If something arrives broken

Report it within 24 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video, and return it within 7 days — packaging and product both undamaged. If the fault is ours we cover the courier both ways. Every parcel we send is packed on camera for the same reason we ask you to film opening it — see the return policy.
