Payment Methods

Two methods. Both are listed at checkout and neither involves entering card details on this website, because we do not have a payment gateway at all.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Nothing to arrange in advance, and it is what most of our orders use.

• Have the exact amount ready where you can — couriers rarely carry change.
• There is a minimum order value; the cart will tell you if you are below it.
• A few areas are excluded by the courier network. Pick your city at checkout and it says immediately, rather than after you have filled the form in.
• Some individual items cannot go cash on delivery. The product page says so, and the cart says so, before you get to payment.

Your order sits as COD pending until it is delivered, then becomes COD collected. Both states are visible to you on the tracking page.

Bank transfer

Better for a larger or a wholesale order, and the account details are shown after you place the order and on the confirmation page.

1. Place the order and choose bank transfer.
2. Transfer the total to the account shown.
3. Send us the receipt on WhatsApp at 0300 120 3210, quoting the order number.
4. We verify it and dispatch.

Your order sits as awaiting verification until we have matched the payment, then becomes verified. We dispatch on the receipt, not on the order — so a same-day Lahore order paid by transfer needs the receipt through before the cut-off, not just the order.

What we do not accept

No credit or debit cards, no mobile wallets, no instalments and no third-party gateway. If a page anywhere ever asks you to enter card details for dotpk.pk, it is not us.

Prices

Every price on the site is in Pakistani Rupees and is what you pay. Delivery is shown separately in the cart before you confirm, and there is nothing added after that.
