The Hikvision DS-KIS603-P(B) is a complete IP video intercom kit including a 2MP outdoor door station and a 7-inch indoor touch monitor. It supports full two-way audio, video calling, remote unlocking via mobile app, and displays live view from linked cameras. With IP65-rated door station, PoE/12V power options, and support for up to five extra monitors, it’s ideal for residential security setups.

Who it suits

An intercom kit is the right purchase when more than one person needs to answer the door — an apartment floor, a clinic reception, an office with a locked lobby, a house with a gate far from the living area. The indoor monitor is the point: somebody inside can see and release the door without walking out to it.

Fitting it

This is a wired job and worth planning before buying: the outdoor station, the indoor monitor and the lock all need a cable run between them, and the lock needs its own power. Warranty and delivery

Warranty on this item is Hikvision's, handled through their authorised service centre — dotpk.pk does not give a warranty of its own, and the product page and your invoice both say so. Where a claim is genuinely ours (a wrong or damaged item) we cover the courier both ways; otherwise the delivery charge is yours. A return has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery and needs an unboxing video, which is why we ask you to film opening the parcel. Orders inside Lahore placed before the afternoon cut-off go out for same-day delivery. Everywhere else in Pakistan is courier, and cash on delivery or bank transfer are both accepted.
